Pals, Peratallada, Begur or Llafranc are some of the most emblematic villages of the central Costa Brava, known for their medieval charm, coves and Mediterranean atmosphere. Nearby, Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu also stand out as perfect destinations to enjoy the scenery and seaside gastronomy.
In the inland area, it is worth visiting Girona, a city with an impressive medieval old town that served as a filming location for several scenes of the Game of Thrones series. It is also recommended to visit Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí and home to his famous museum.
